Traditionally the trade recognize three levels of competency. The apprentice has his own basic hand tools and at least 4 years of hands-on experience. The journeyman has a complete set of hand tools and many power tools, too. He has 5-20 years on the job. The Master has, or can effectively use every tool in his line of work. He has spent twenty + years plying his trade.

But, what if he doesn't join pipes every day? What if he fabricates a built-in settee Monday, varnishes it Tuesday, paints the rest of the kitchen Wednesday, replaces the kitchen sink, faucet and drain Thursday and hangs lights and a range hood Friday? What is he called?   A remodeler.

And if he did this with his own two hands for 20+ years? What is he called then?    A Master Remodeler

Well, what if he were were also smart, resourceful and friendly?   He'd be called Bailey Works.

Look what he does...
