Bailey Works

When we started out, we were called Workshop On Wheels (WOW). Catchy, huh?

That was 20 years ago. I have been fixing things for homeowners and property owners ever since, and I still do all the work myself.

WOW was not actually my idea. My boss, at the time, started the company with a fresh perspective on honey-do's:

• On-time arrivals 
• Reliable communication
• Neat professional work (neat workers)
• A reasonable rate — for an expert craftsman
• A fix or don’t pay promise
• Reliable warranties
• Ethical business practice and accountability.

I bought the business 15 years ago and I have run it with the same principles in mind. I know my customers really don't want: expensive amateurs, semi-pro equipment, no-shows / late shows / excuses, repairmen who aren't prepared and can't communicate, charges without results!

Only the name has changed: The Bailey Works Group, or just "Bailey Works", because that's what I do.
